Should i enable epu and tpu

I have a p8zvpro mobo. I'm confuse on what the purpose of the switches are for. I have an Intel k. Every-time I load all 4 core to full it get OC to 3. I'm pretty sure the TPU switch off. I have the AI suite2 installed.
