Why sasuke is awesome

Whether it be a simple choice or one made in the heat of battle, Sasuke would never think of something that was completely wrong or illogical. This personality trait could've turned Sasuke into an incredibly interesting main character, with an inner monologue that could rival that of intelligent characters like Light Yagami in terms of sheer entertainment value. While Sasuke might be an incredibly intelligent character, his emotions were a bit too bottled up for him to be a great shonen protagonist.

Naruto has no problem in this regard, with his emotional outbursts coming out at pretty much every instance. Whether it be appreciating Ichiraku's ramen or having a genuine heart-to-heart with his enemies, Naruto never shied away from letting people know what he truly felt.

Let's face it, no matter what people might say against Sasuke's character, one can't deny that he just emanates coolness from every pore. Girls fall head-over-heels for him, most guys can't do anything against his power, and his overall demeanor is just way too alluring. Positioning Sasuke as the protagonist of Naruto would've completely changed the tone of the entire show and allowed fans to witness in more detail what could have been an excellent arc for the main character.

However, at the end of the day, it was clear that Masashi Kishimoto wanted to write a classic underdog story. With this being the case, no one could've transcended Naruto as the perfect protagonist for such a tale. While Kishimoto might've written himself into a corner by making Naruto a descendant of Ashura as opposed to a ninja who worked hard to stand on his own two feet, there's no denying that Naruto's transformation from an underdog into one of the most powerful ninjas of all time was an absolute treat to watch.

By Ritwik Mitra Published Mar 04, Share Share Tweet Email 0. Sasuke looked awesome in Shippuden that none of us made a big deal about his new weapon. Besides, we'd always figure we'd hear the story of how he got the sword eventually. And then Shippuden ended. Scratch no more Naruto faithful! Sasuke's sword is none other than the legendary blade Kusanagi, one of the Thee Imperial Treasures of Japan. The sword ties in with Susanoo - the Shinto God of Storms, as well as the namesake of Sasuke's strongest moves.

All ninja, no matter how prodigious, must spend four years in Ninja Academy before they can move on in life. Just about every character that we met in the series enrolled at the age of 8 and graduated by age 12, learning all of the basics of how to be a ninja in school. Sasuke was no exception to this trend. He entered Ninja Academy in his youth and passed with flying colors in most fields. In truth, there was only one area that Sasuke struggled with: Cooperation.

Somewhat in line with our previous point, we have this gem; Sasuke has only completed 16 Shinobi missions thus far. These are staggeringly low number by any standard, not just by those that the people living in the world of Naruto follow. Chalk it up to all of the time he spent training with Orochimaru as well as hunting down Itachi with the rest of Taka instead of doing what Shinobi should be doing.

Sasuke's favorite word is "power. Sasuke's character for most of the series revolved around his hatred for Itachi and his desire to kill him, no matter the cost. Most of the pain as well as the many triumphs in Sasuke's life stems from his relentless pursuit of power.

Now, you might wonder what the murderous Itachi's favorite word might be. Well, you'll never guess it with that attitude. Believe it or not, it's "peace. By Caleb Bailey Published Sep 16, You are never too far gone to be unworthy of a second chance.

If you are truly heartfelt in your desire to change, then I believe that you deserve a chance. This made his character a lot more realistic. I imagine that it will be extremely awkward for him to chat with the heroes for the next few years, but having Naruto as a pal helps to eliminate this problem. Sasuke started out as a hero and slowly descended into the darkness. He became engulfed in it as his transformation into a villain was complete, but Naruto pulled him back up into the light.

Sasuke is now a hero again and it is probably one of the best stories of redemption in fiction. So, I may have gotten sidetracked, but that is why Sasuke is my favorite character. The Shonen Jump rival is a character that is really needed in a series and Sasuke played the role perfectly. So what are your thoughts on favourite Naruto character? Is your Sasuke as well, or someone else. Comment below telling us who your favourite Naruto character is.

He is scum, and a complete selfish asshole. You should really rethink your life if THIS is what you would like to be. Do you really wanna be a pathetic little murderer? Like Like. Lol, apparently this post did get comments! Heh heh, reading the comments was certainly fun!

The fallen angel, Sasuke shows the max growth in this series. You are commenting using your WordPress. You are commenting using your Google account. You are commenting using your Twitter account.
