Dan Bruneau Sunday 3rd of May My parchment paper box says that it is not safe to use parchment paper in oven over Sweet and Savoury Pursuits Wednesday 6th of May Hello Dan, The recipe suggests baking the fish at F so you should be fine with parchment paper but if this worries you, simply line the baking sheet with aluminum foil or rub a little bit of oil on your sheet so the fish doesn't stick.

If you have large fish or have steelhead trout usually much larger than rainbow trout , you can still use our method, but the bake time will be longer. Heat the oven to degrees F. Cut two sheets of heavy duty aluminum foil that are larger than your fish. Be careful of bones! Make sure to add hot water to the dish; cold water can crack the baking dish. Preheat oven to degrees F degrees C.
