I took training for over two weeks but never got any system access or heard any calls during the training. Was put on live calls before knowing how to navigate the systems, leading to upset customers. Expect poor training and no follow-up to questions.

Great way to waste two weeks getting paid to sit on mute from the comfort of your home. Would not recommend. This place is great if your not a person of color or a female.

The HR is one sided and there is a total lack of Management here. The managers are hardley ever seen and dont really address peoples needs. They treat women here as if they cant do anything but one job and what few people of color i have seen there, they dont give them respect , they tend to shove problems under the carpet. They spend money on meetings but nothing ever comes out of it. Poor attitudes, Management and Leadership. Pros Some of the people really care about others. Fair enough for everyone, lack of communication with both shifts. You can learn a lot if you put your part, can be stressful sometimes due to not giving extra material for set-ups. Pros Reliable.
